Here you go! An entry form you can download, print, fill out and mail/bring to us. Then you can download and print the classlist for your reference on show day.
Please note that you need to fill out one entry form for each horse and rider combination. So if you have one horse that two kids will be showing in different classes, you’ll need 2 entry forms. If you have one person showing 3 horses, please fill out three entry forms.
